Pointing to 2026 for the fully electric Tiguan, Volkswagen owes the reason for this name change to the fact that 54 percent of the brand's product range consists of SUVs.
Although the official name of ID.Tiguan is not yet known, it is estimated that it will use the MEB + platform.
