BMW Highway Assistant (Level 2) stands out as a steering and lane control assistant that can be used on divided roads and works at speeds up to 130 km/h.
When the car is in this mode, the driver can take his hands off the steering wheel, but he must maintain control of the road.
When driving in partially autonomous mode, the BMW 7 Series can change lanes on its own, thanks to Active Lane Change Assist.
