Renault introduced its new SUV model "Symbioz". We take a closer look at the features of the car, which has a remarkable design and new generation technologies.
French automotive company Renault, which is preparing to produce and sell Duster in Turkey, had previously announced the first details and name of a new compact model.
Renault chose the name "Symbiosis", derived from the ancient Greek word "symbiosis", for its new compact family vehicle.
This name is similar in many languages, such as English "symbiosis", Spanish "simbiose" and Italian "simbiosi", thus making Symbiosis easily understood by a wide audience.
Renault introduced its new SUV model "Symbioz" at an event it organized. Symbioz, which appears as a completely new car, is positioned between the Captur and Austral models.
In Symbioz, we see a 10.3-inch fully digital display screen and a 10.4-inch vertical infotainment screen.
The infotainment screen, which uses OpenR software, also allows installing applications via Google Play.
Renault Symbioz will have a single hybrid engine option for now. In this engine option called "E-Tech 145", the 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine will be accompanied by a 36 kW electric motor.
According to the company, Symbioz will use electrical energy for 80 percent of urban journeys.
The price and release date of the car, which is unknown whether it will come to the Turkish market, has not been announced.
