According to the statement made by Renault CEO, Nissan shares will start to be sold at first.
Renault, which recently held the first public offering of Ampere, which will include its electric vehicles, announced that they will soon sell their Nissan shares, which is a part of this plan. Renault, which owns 28 percent of Nissan's shares, wants to invest in electric cars by selling shares worth approximately 4.3 billion Euros.
De Meo said that they expect revenues of at least 8 to 10 billion euros from Ampere's IPO. At a lower amount, the public offering may be shelved. It will become clear in the coming days how Renault will leave the public offering and Nissan share sales.
