Ford workers, who have been on strike for a long time, reached an agreement with the brand as a result of their resistance.
Factory workers of three major automobile manufacturers participated in the big strike in the United States. The United Auto Workers Union (UAW), which has been on strike for about six weeks, reached a 4.5-year agreement with Ford Motor.
