Mercedes-Benz opened a new center in Turkey with an investment of 210 million TL

Turkey became the third country to start using the high-tech warehouse management system developed specifically for Mercedes-Benz.

Mercedes-Benz announced that it opened a parts logistics center in Turkey with an investment of 210 million TL.

According to the statement, with the new investment, additional employment was provided for 100 people in the logistics center.

The company opened the parts logistics center it established in Gebze, where it will supply parts to agencies all over Turkey.

Thanks to Mercedes-Benz Automotive's new logistics center that will produce its own electricity, Turkey has become the 3rd country in the world to start using the high-tech warehouse management system developed specifically for Mercedes-Benz.

Mercedes-Benz Automotive Chief Executive Officer Şükrü Bekdikhan said the following in his statement:

With our facility, which we can expand to 22 thousand square meters in line with our needs, we aim to minimize the environmental impact by adopting pioneering practices in areas such as energy efficiency, waste management and carbon footprint reduction.

We provide additional employment for 100 people with our new logistics center, which we established with an investment of 210 million TL.
